Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

An excellent opportunity for an Associate Electrical Engineer to take a leadership role within a growing building services consultancy delivering projects across healthcare, commercial, industrial and education sectors.

The Role

You’ll lead the electrical design and delivery of multiple projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients while supporting and mentoring engineers within the team. The role offers a strong mix of technical, commercial and project leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading electrical building services design from concept to completion
• Managing electrical input on healthcare, commercial, industrial and education projects
• Client liaison, project coordination and attendance at design and site meetings
• Overseeing budgets, programme input and tender reviews
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Advising on energy efficiency, sustainability and low‑carbon solutions
• Championing BIM, Revit and digital design standards

About You

• Proven experience in building services electrical design
• Experience leading projects and coordinating with clients and design teams
• Strong knowledge of UK regulations and industry standards
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage workload and priorities
