Deliver design-led residential projects across London

The Role

You will take ownership of live construction projects on site, overseeing the full lifecycle, managing programme, subcontractors and cost to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of finish.

This is a hands-on, construction-led role suited to someone comfortable taking ownership of both site delivery and the broader management of programme, coordination and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects
  • Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme adherence
  • Develop and manage construction programmes, sequencing and logistics
  • Monitor site progress and resolve technical and coordination issues
  • Ensure high-quality finishes in line with high-end residential standards
  • Lead snagging, QA processes and handover
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and design teams
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
  • Use project systems (e.g. Procore) for reporting, documentation and tracking

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience acting as a Project Manager for a Main Contractor
  • Proven experience in successful delivery of full construction project lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site management
  • Solid commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and costs
  • Background with main contractors or high-end residential specialists
  • Experience using construction/project management software (e.g. Procore or similar, MS Project, MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience working on prime or super-prime residential projects
  • Working Knowledge of MEP and specialist systems (HVAC, AV/IT and Lighting Control)
  • Familiarity with refurbishment of listed buildings or complex structures
  • SMSTS and valid CSCS card

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or a related field

Professional Membership (Desirable)

  • CEng, CIOB or similar

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience acting as a Project Manager with a main Contractor
