The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-specification fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will take full ownership of schemes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to completion
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external consultants
• Maintain programme schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and reporting
• Ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead site meetings and provide clear communication across all stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit-out or high-end construction
• Strong track record delivering projects in Central London
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving ability
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or similar (preferred)
