The Project Manager Role:
This role is part of our Operations team and is responsible for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring we deliver on time and within budget (and any challenges are proactively problem-solved).
The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, commercial understanding, problem solving and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with CS team to understand project objectives, timelines, budgets and scope.
- Leading internal scoping discussions with design, planning and production teams to define delivery approach.
- Create and manage through to completion realistic project timelines and ensure deliverables are understood and information and assets required are ready before stages of work begin.
- Central point of coordination across Client Services, Design, Planning and Production (and external suppliers where applicable).
- Manage and interpret client feedback for production stages of work, write briefs and coordinate delivery to specification, setting up meetings and PPMs.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and work with teams to resolve to maintain project momentum and delivery.
- Coordinate internal meetings, reviews and checkpoints.
- Communicate with departments as a project progresses to check approaches are aligned before resource begins.
- Maintain accurate resource requests and reporting within project management and finance systems.

This is a full time role (5 days a week, 9.00am – 5.30pm). Package will depend on candidate’s experience.
