About the Company:
Our client is a growing property advisory firm based in Central London. With a team of c.50 people, the business offers a collaborative and supportive culture and is currently going through an exciting period of transformation, with a strong focus on people, operations and technology.
About the Role:
This is a newly created Operations & People Lead role, working closely with the Managing Director and sitting at the centre of the business. This is a broad, hands-on position with exposure across operations, people and technology. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Driving implementation of new processes and ways of working.
- Supporting leadership with key business initiatives and ensuring delivery across projects.
- Managing external suppliers and partners.
- Supporting HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee queries) alongside an external HR consultant.
- Overseeing internal systems (including CRM) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting with reporting and coordination for senior leadership.
- Playing a key role in AI and technology adoption across the business.
Candidate Specification:
- 3+ years’ experience in an operations, project management or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Property experience or a genuine interest in the sector is beneficial but not essential.
Additional Information:
