Development Manager – Luxury Residential Development – Client side
We are working with a successful high‑end residential investment, development and management business who have developed an exceptional portfolio of £10+ million projects in London both via their own investment and for private clients. They are currently looking for a Development Manager to join their London team to oversee existing schemes and the future development pipeline.

The role:
The Development Manager will be joining a small team of c.15 people and will contribute to overseeing the cradle to grave development cycle of their high‑end residential developments. Schemes are a mix of single and multi‑unit cut and carve, extension / basement dig, refurbishment and new build, in prime London postcodes, with construction costs between £5 million and c.£30 million (c.10,000 - 30,000 Sqft).
The role will report into the Head of Development and lead the early stage input into development appraisals (produced by the IM team), with a core focus on planning and design to create the right product for the sales and marketing strategy, and then appointment and high‑level oversight of the professional teams in delivery in line with the financial appraisals to FF&E completion sale / lease.
They are looking for a friendly individual with good communication skills and previous experience in high‑end residential development and who has the commercial acumen, attention to detail and drive to succeed in an expanding business with secure investment lines and capital to deploy.
