Company Overview: One of London's leading MEP contractors, with an annual turnover of around £100 million, is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. The business has delivered some of the capital's most prestigious commercial developments, specialising in high-value mechanical and electrical packages across premium office buildings.
Role Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the mechanical package delivery
- Manage and support Construction Managers and site teams
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and design requirements
- Monitor subcontractor performance and installation quality
- Maintain strict health & safety and compliance standards
- Manage procurement, programme tracking, and reporting
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and senior leadership team
- Oversee commissioning phases and final project handover
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the MEP / building services sector
- Demonstrable experience delivering large mechanical packages (£10m+)
- Strong background in commercial office developments
- Experience managing multiple site teams and Construction Managers
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
