Technical Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across Noke Europe, ensuring reliable reporting, high‑quality data, and smooth coordination between Janus, Noke, and internal teams.

This is a hands‑on, highly impactful role where you’ll act as the technical bridge between product, operations, installation, and support – keeping implementations consistent, issues resolved quickly, and teams aligned.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Owning data integrity and operational reporting across Airtable/CRM platforms
• Delivering clear weekly performance reports covering project health, risks, and KPIs
• Supporting purchasing through accurate forecasting and demand planning
• Coordinating technical issue tracking and driving timely resolution
• Acting as operational backup for Customer Support leadership
• Supporting new product launches and adoption with global product & engineering teams
• Improving works orders, drawings, installation processes, and technical documentation
• Driving continuous improvement across product design, installation methods, and R&D feedback loops
• Supporting project planning, site visits, audits, and operational readiness across Europe

• Flexible and hands‑on, with willingness to travel and support on‑site execution
