Fabric Build Project Manager
London (W1S) • £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits (or day‑rate equivalent) • Mon-Fri | 8am-4pm
What you'll do
- Deliver multiple fabric works projects from pre-construction to handover
- Manage programmes, budgets, variations, and quality
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activity
- Lead HSQE compliance, RAMS, and site standards
- Act as the key client and stakeholder contact
- Coordinate with MEP teams and specialist subcontractors
What we\'re looking for
- Proven experience delivering building fabric projects (refurbs, fit‑outs, maintenance, minor works)
- Trade background in carpentry or a related fabric discipline
- SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)
- Experience working in live environments
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
