Overview
Location: London
Office based.
Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to renew or convert to a permanent role based on performance)
Start: ASAP
Salary: c 60k (Negotiable depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations
- Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary
- Coordinate international travel itineraries, and associated bookings
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (writing and speaking)
- Solid Office Manager or similar hands-on administrative role
- Experience with UK Sponsor License application(s) is required
- Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory frameworks/UK employment law
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
