Operations Manager Cookstown £40,000 – £45,000 Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:30pm The Role Gentech Recruitment is currently seeking an experiencedOperations Manager on behalf of a growing food production company based in Cookstown. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong long-term prospects and full training provided. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and deliver production targets efficiently Oversee raw material flow and ensure finished product quality standards Maintain strict adherence to hygiene standards, HACCP regulations, and safety audits Lead, train, and develop production staff, including workforce planning and scheduling Drive continuous improvement by reducing waste and optimising processes Manage supply chain, inventory, and production budgets to meet cost targets Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within food manufacturing Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Solid understanding of food safety legislation, production systems, and quality control Whats on Offer Monday to Friday day shift Overtime available (Saturday paid at time and a half) Opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking team Apply Now To apply or find out more, contact Leah at Gentech Recruitment….
