Location: Bromley (office-based) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Salary: £38,000–£42,000 (DOE)

About our client Our client is a fast-growing, mission-led company changing lives through property investment education. They’re building a performance-driven business with ambitious expansion plans.

The role They’re seeking a leader to own and drive the marketing function. You’ll work closely with the founder and be accountable for the team’s output, performance, and strategic direction. This is a leadership-focused position — less hands-on execution, more people management, systems improvement, and results delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of marketing performance and outcomes
  • Lead, manage and develop the marketing team
  • Set measurable targets, KPIs and clear expectations
  • Monitor results and ensure accountability across the team
  • Plan campaigns and allocate resources to maximise ROI
  • Diagnose what’s working and what isn’t, and drive continuous improvement
  • Build scalable processes and reporting for the marketing function

Typical day-to-day

  • Review campaign and performance metrics
  • Prioritise team workload and manage delivery
  • Run team meetings, check-ins and performance reviews
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action
  • Provide direction and problem-solving support to team members
  • Ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives
  • Report performance and progress to senior leadership

Skills & experience

  • Experience leading or managing a marketing team
  • Strong knowledge of paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube) — strategic oversight preferred over hands-on execution
  • Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Track record of improving team performance and processes
  • Results-focused mindset
