DMPK Expert

We’re supporting a growing biotech with a strong early-stage pipeline, looking to bring in an experienced DMPK Consultant to provide senior-level input across key programmes.

This is a high-impact role focused on de-risking assets, guiding decision-making, and ensuring DMPK strategy is aligned with programme progression toward IND and beyond.

The Role

You’ll act as a strategic partner to internal teams, bringing clarity to PK, ADME, and dose-related decisions at critical inflection points.

• Provide end-to-end DMPK strategy across discovery and preclinical programmes
• Guide PK/PD modelling and dose prediction to support candidate selection
• Interpret ADME and PK datasets, translating findings into actionable insights
• Advise on and oversee outsourced studies (CROs)
• Identify and mitigate development risks ahead of IND
• Support cross-functional teams in linking preclinical data to clinical strategy

What They’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in DMPK within biotech/pharma
• Strong track record supporting programmes through preclinical → IND
• Deep understanding of PK/PD, ADME, and translational strategy
• Comfortable operating in a consultative, advisory capacity
• Ability to quickly embed and influence senior stakeholders
