Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Public Practice team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the Public Practice market
• Building and developing relationships with accounting firms and finance professionals
• Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across tax, audit, and advisory roles
• Managing client requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Driving business development and growing your own desk

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ambitious, competitive, and target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
