Key Account Manager – Consumer Goods
Established over 40 years ago, our client is a leading provider of creative equipment & products across a global market. With offices in both the UK & USA, they are the number one choice for creative enthusiasts & DIY-ers across the world, turning over north of $20M globally.
They have a fantastic global presence, working with brands such as Macy’s, Walmart & Amazon and, as such, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team in managing relationships with some of their largest, global customer accounts. This is a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with clients as well as expanding on the across & driving new streams of revenue from within.
This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in their North Wales-based office.
Responsibilities
- Manage & develop an existing portfolio of key accounts with
- Support clients on their sales & marketing strategies to ensure continuous revenue generation
- Grow & expand accounts, generating new revenue streams across the account base
- Identify & manage new business prospects when required
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity
- Collaborate with wider internal teams to drive product innovation, business growth and strong customer satisfaction
- Maintain a regular meeting schedule with full portfolio of accounts
The Successful Candidate
- 2+ years experience managing high value accounts, ideally within the consumer goods space
- A link to the arts & craft industry is would be a plus, but is not essential
- Commutable to North Wales 2-3 days per week
Key Account Manager Package
- Basic salary: £45,000-50,000
- OTE: +10% of base salary
