We specialise in Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Materials, Aerospace, MedTech, and more. If you are ready to take ownership of your recruitment journey in niche technical markets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing client relationships to sourcing talent and closing roles
• Deliver targeted hiring solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 markets
• Quickly understand complex technical industries, including Additive Manufacturing and Aerospace
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to business growth

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
• A proven track record of hitting targets, ideally within a consultative sales environment
• Someone intellectually curious, autonomous, and accountable
• Confident, personable, and trustworthy
• The ability to learn technical terminology and communicate effectively with clients
• A degree or engineering background would be an advantage, though it is not essential

• £40,000 to £60,000 OTE
• Every Friday is WFH or a 4 day working week (2 x 09:00 – 19:00 2x 08:00 – 19:00 )
