Finance Manager | Ecom & Supply Chain | London | Hybrid – 2 days in office | £60,000 – £70,000

JasperRose is partnering with a well-established, international retail business to recruit a Finance Manager to support their Online and Supply Chain functions. This is a high-impact role sitting within a fast-paced, collaborative finance team, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive process improvements across a complex, multi-entity environment, whilst managing a driven team of 3.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide hands on support for month end ensuring accurate recording of costs relating to Online and Supply Chain
• Drive and support the agenda to reduce the month end close timeline down to 3 days
• Work closely with other divisions to fully understand the general ledger and month end position for the Online and Supply Chain division
• Support the team working closely with AP to ensure high accuracy for the ledger
• Manage risks and opportunity through preparation of robust balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with year end process, preparations and audit
• Management of a team of 3 Accountants
• Support the team of system and technology improvements
• Adhoc duties
