We're currently working with a highly respected, independent BMS specialist delivering complex building automation projects across London.
They’ve built a strong reputation in the market for quality delivery and long-term client relationships, particularly across commercial offices, high-end developments, and technically demanding environments.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring in a BMS Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery.
The Role:
- End-to-end management of BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover
- Ownership of programme, budget, and commercial performance
- Managing engineers, subcontractors, and specialist partners
- Acting as the main client interface throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting design coordination and resolving technical challenges
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering BMS / Building Controls projects
- Strong knowledge of systems such as Trend, Tridium (Niagara), or similar
- Solid understanding of HVAC and building services integration
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage project finances
- Confident in managing stakeholders in a client-facing environment
