Job Description: Max&Co. Sales Assistant (Full Time) – Harrods – London
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
· Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
· Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based on the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
· Proactively deliver the brand’s selling ceremony, maximising sales opportunities to achieve
Store sales target and KPIs.
· Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
· Gain new clients, meet conversion goals and continue to service existing clients
REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION
· Minimum 1-3 years of Retail/Customer service experience.
· RTW product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
· Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
· Proficient computer skills
· Passion for human relations and sales
· Problem-solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
