HR Business Partner – Europe
Stoke-on-Trent (3 days onsite, 2 days from home) + European travel
£55,000-£65,000
We are partnering with a global, private equity backed supply chain and engineering business to recruit a HR Business Partner supporting their European operations.
With a strong growth trajectory across the UK and Europe, this is a key role working closely with the European HR Director to support both ongoing operations and upcoming M&A activity. It’s a pivotal time for the business, with significant transformation coming across their European operation and an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to work alongside the HR Director to drive innovation and commercialise the current HR offering.
This is a hands on, generalist role in a fast paced environment, where you will play a critical part in building scalable HR processes while supporting day to day business needs.
The role
- Partner with stakeholders across the UK and Europe
- Support M&A activity and integration projects
- Build and embed HR processes, policies and compliance frameworks
- Drive manager capability and improve people management standards
- Manage and develop two HR Advisors to support you on generalist day to day activity
- Lead on key HR projects including benefits, systems and compliance
About you
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within an operational environment
- Experience supporting European or international workforces
- Strong employee relations and change management experience
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, evolving business
- Hands on, pragmatic and solutions focused
