Helpdesk Manager – Slough – £45,000 – £60,000pa
Hybrid Working: 1 day in Slough, 2 days in Chertsey and 2 days remote.
Standard hours – Monday to Friday
JNC are working with a growing organisation in Slough that are looking for a Helpdesk Manager to join the team. This role will manage a couple of support engineers and will involve travelling between Slough and Chertsey. Only candidates who can drive will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Review 1st line helpdesk tickets.
- Support onsite 1st line team
- Help manage any mailbox migrations.
- Ensure Helpdesk ticked queue is being updated regularly.
- Ensure Call logging software is being used and updated properly.
- Maintain up to date stocklist.
- Prepare reports on stats and KPIs
