RF Engineer – RF, Microwave & mmWave

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, simulate and develop RF & mmWave circuits, components and subsystems
  • Perform RF system analysis, optimisation and fault‑finding
  • Carry out RF measurements, validation and characterisation of prototypes and production hardware
  • Support the transition from design to manufacture, ensuring yield and performance
  • Produce design documentation, test plans, reports and results
  • Collaborate closely with electronics, mechanical, software and systems engineers
  • Provide technical input to projects, RFQs and customer engagements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in RF, microwave or mmWave engineering
  • Strong background in RF design, simulation and test
  • Confident using RF lab equipment and measurement techniques
  • Understanding of design for manufacture and production support
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance
  • Engineering qualification (degree or equivalent experience)
