Account Manager – Partnerships, Loyalty & Rewards Agency

London (Remote/Hybrid)

Up to £35K + benefits

Looking for a step into something more specialist, more commercial, and more visible?

This is a chance to join a high-performing partnerships loyalty & rewards marketing agency as an Account Manager, delivering campaigns for major household name brands – with real ownership from the outset.

You’ll sit in a small, expert agency team (part of a wider agency network) where your ideas, relationships and delivery genuinely matter.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading delivery of partnership, rewards & loyalty campaigns end-to-end

• Managing day-to-day client relationships

• Identifying and securing brand partners

• Negotiating commercial deals and reward structures

• Bringing ideas to the table and shaping campaign strategy

• Remote-first: 4 days WFH, 1 day in office (Thursdays)
