We’re hiring an Early Talent Acquisition Programme Specialist to deliver a high-quality intern and early careers programme across EMEA for a global tech organisation.
This is a programme-focused role where you’ll own end-to-end delivery across multiple countries, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, consistent experience.
What you’ll do
- Deliver early careers programmes across EMEA
- Manage timelines, milestones, and programme cycles
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions
- Lead communications with interns and internal teams
- Track key metrics (e.g. conversion, engagement, NPS)
- Drive continuous improvement across the programme
What we’re looking for
- Experience running early careers / intern / graduate programmes
- Comfortable operating in a multi-country, matrix environment
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused
