Paralegal – Litigation

We are recruiting a Paralegal to join a busy and expanding team within a leading national law firm.

The team handles complex, high value litigation across motor, employers’ liability, public liability, abuse claims, and public law matters including judicial review. You will support senior lawyers and partners on sensitive and multi-track claims for a range of insurer, corporate, and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with liability investigations and case preparation
• Obtain, review, and summarise medical records and expert reports
• Draft witness statements and legal documents
• Prepare instructions for experts and counsel
• Compile court bundles and support hearings
• Manage administrative and case progression
• Where appropriate, manage your own caseload

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a legal or litigation environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of litigation processes (desirable but not essential)
