Now we’re looking for a GEM (General Experience Manager / Store Manager) to lead our London Flagship Store.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience
  • Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through strong commercial acumen
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Ensure outstanding client experience aligned with Aromaria’s brand values
  • Execute visual merchandising and in-store storytelling at the highest standard
  • Identify growth opportunities and take initiative to improve store performance
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our vision and energy

What We’re Looking For

  • +5 years of experience as a Store Manager / GEM in luxury retail brands
  • Proven experience in perfumery or fragrance-related industries
  • Proven track record of success (sales growth, team performance, store development)
  • Strong sales and business mindset
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and elevate teams
  • Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling
  • Plus: Marketing mindset or experience (campaigns, activations, local partnerships)
