They’re looking to bring on a Senior Engineer to join their project team in London (Docklands area). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, technically challenging environments and wants to work on major projects with top-tier clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of day-to-day site engineering activities (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, etc.)
- Coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Supporting project delivery to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Managing quality control processes on site
- Identifying gaps or issues and working proactively to resolve them
- Building strong working relationships across the project team
What they’re looking for:
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related field
- Solid understanding of construction methods and site processes
- Experience with setting out, surveying, and temporary works coordination
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project or similar)
- Someone who can take initiative but also knows when to escalate
