Job Description:

Our client is a growing legal practice located in West London who are recruiting a proactive Real Estate Paralegal with conveyancing experience to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conveyancing, working closely with a Solicitor and supporting a broad range of transactions.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with 1 day working from home alongside excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting security documents, particularly for lender buy-to-let transactions
  • Handling SDLT submissions
  • Obtaining redemption statements from outgoing lenders
  • Submitting and managing HM Land Registry applications
  • Dealing with HMLR requisitions
  • Updating systems including LMS and Lender Exchange
  • Circulating documents via DocuSign
  • Assisting with the movement of funds
  • Carrying out completion searches
  • Preparing draft completion statements
  • Submitting applications to Companies House

Key Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in conveyancing – essential
  • Law degree required (minimum qualification)
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with LMS, Lender Exchange, and HMLR processes is highly desirable
