Job Description We are looking for someone who will ensure people, processes, timelines and communications are aligned and prepared for change. Working closely with account teams, country teams and client stakeholders, the role enables effective tracking of real estate changes, readiness, risks and impacts, ensuring change is understood, proactively managed, accepted and successfully executed across all impacted locations. Key Responsibilities Track and plan location change activity across the portfolio. Identify workplace impacts and assess operational risks linked to location changes. Coordinate and execute local change management activities for workplace projects. Engage stakeholders across account teams, country teams and client organisations. Lead communication and training activities to support change adoption. Conduct readiness and impact assessments for all location changes. Create CCNs and supporting change documentation. Provide post-implementation support to ensure stability and continuous improvement. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong communication and facilitation skills. Experience delivering workplace change in operational and/or multi-country environments. Background in change management, project coordination, or workplace operations and services. Confidence to lead discussions with diverse stakeholders. Ability to coach and support country teams through change. Capability to identify, escalate and manage risks with ISS and client stakeholders.
