Team Leader – Production | Dagenham | Alternating ShiftsPertemps Recruitment is working with a leading automotive manufacturer in Dagenham to recruit a motivated and experienced Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role in a busy production environment and make a real impact on the team, the process, and the products that leave the line. About the Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Production Operators and Technical staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production every day. You’ll work closely with Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to drive delivery and maintain high standards, while supporting your team’s development and wellbeing. This is the first leadership position within the production area, so it’s perfect for someone looking to take ownership, develop their management skills, and grow within a manufacturing environment.
