We operate with a growth mindset and build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability u2014 creating a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive. **Responsibilities** Care deeply about building outstanding, consumeru2011grade mobile applications Build and ship highu2011quality iOS or Android applications for Copilot Write wellu2011tested, secure, maintainable code with strong engineering fundamentals Partner closely with Designers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers to turn ambiguous ideas into polished user experiences Navigate ambiguity and roadblocks to deliver value to users quickly and iteratively Thrive in a fastu2011paced, designu2011driven product development cycle Embody Microsoftu2019s Culture and Values **Required Qualifications** Bacheloru2019s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or similar experience building mobile applications Strong coding experience in one or more of: iOS: Swift, Objectiveu2011C Android: Kotlin, Java Experience shipping production mobile apps used by customers **Preferred Experience** Advanced degree or equivalent senioru2011level industry experience Experience building mobile applications from scratch Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principles Contributions to openu2011source projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work crossu2011functionally Passion for learning and staying current with mobile development, AI, and emerging technologies Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive, inclusive engineering culture This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
