Are you a creative and ambitious senior content producer, looking for the next step in your career? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a producer to join our growing team, to work on our Marcomms, Charity, and PR portfolio and build on the success of our events. The role offers a clear path for progression and would suit a person who would like experience mentoring junior members of a team whilst becoming strategic lead of a portfolio.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

You will lead content research through collaboration with our editorial and commercial teams, network with key stakeholders to develop strategic programs, and secure high-level speakers to inform and inspire our audiences.The successful candidate will report into the Head of Content and will be responsible for a series of allocated events as well as team collaboration on larger scale events.

This role would suit a conference/content producer with a minimum of 18 months experience; a proven track record of delivering the full content programmes for commercial events is a must.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

  • Proven experience producing commercial conferences as the content lead
  • Proven experience of securing and managing high level speakers
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent research skills
  • Experience of topic generation and strategic agenda writing
  • Experience of building relationships and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working collaboratively within an events team as a content lead, working within set processes and timelines
  • Ability to work with Head of Content, reporting on content progress, deadlines and metrics across events
  • Ability to run events on site and work across project teams
  • Experience of working on different projects, whilst remaining highly-organised and hitting key event deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong copywriting ability
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work within our Sustainable Event Management system and be an advocate for sustainability at events.
  • Experience as a conference/content producer with a minimum of 18 months
