With a salary of up to £35,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about delivering a world‑class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

Responsibilities
- Driving customer service standards in your site.
- Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Maintain company and brand standards as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

- Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.

- Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be target driven and customer service orientated.
