Our client are a privately owned B2B ISO payment startup with an ambitious growth trajectory.
Their current strategy is focussed on doubling revenue over the next 12-18 months to then sell the business in the next 2-3 years.
As such they are seeking an energetic, self-motivated CEO who enjoys working within a fast-paced, high-pressure start up working environment.
As the CEO, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the strategy and business functions of the company. Working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, you will build key partnerships and lead the company through its stage of growth and development.
To be successful, you will be a Payments expert with an extensive industry network and possess a balance of innovation, leadership, passion, energy, and gravitas.
Day to day you will :
- Direct the company in line with the goals and visions set by the Board
- Lead and motivate the Senior Leadership team
- Lead the development of a robust business plan
- Lead the development of the company’s short and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with ambitious targets
- Utilise industry network to drive the rapid growth and expansion of the company by identifying business opportunities and partnerships
- Evaluate company performance metrics and examine financial/non-financial reports to provide recommendations for improvement
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Keep abreast of changes in the payments eco system, maintaining close relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CEO in Payments / Fintech
- Extensive experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Extensive experience in Acquiring and/or Gateway solutions knowledge of payment technology
