Role Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Product to lead product strategy, portfolio development, and lifecycle management for our digital health and life sciences software solutions. You will oversee product managers, define strategic priorities, and ensure our software products deliver strong customer value, regulatory alignment, and sustainable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Leadership: Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives, healthcare market needs, and digital innovation trends.
- Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product portfolio across the software lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, scaling, and end-of-life.
- Product Roadmaps: Lead the development and execution of strategic product roadmaps across digital health platforms, applications, and data solutions.
- Customer & Market Insights: Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating insights from healthcare providers, life sciences organizations, and industry partners into product strategy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market planning including pricing strategy, commercial positioning, market segmentation, and product launch execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, data science, regulatory, clinical, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company and product portfolio at industry conferences, webinars, and customer events within the digital health and life sciences ecosystem.
- Sales & Marketing Enablement: Support commercial teams with product messaging, demos, enablement materials, and training for sales, partners, and customers.
- Performance & ROI Management: Define and track KPIs including product adoption, customer outcomes, revenue growth, and return on investment.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Lead strategic market intelligence initiatives including competitor analysis, regulatory landscape awareness, and industry trend monitoring.
- Value Proposition & Product Positioning: Define and communicate clear value propositions for digital health solutions, ensuring differentiation in the life sciences and healthcare software market.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership within digital health, healthcare technology, life sciences software, or SaaS environments.
Leadership: Proven experience leading product teams and driving product strategy in complex, cross-functional environments.
Technical & Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare software, digital health platforms, data-driven solutions, and regulated healthcare environments.
Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare and technical concepts into successful products.
Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
