We’re searching for a dynamic General Manager to lead F&B delivery for arguably the world’s most storied football club, Manchester United. General Manager – The role
- Leads strategic planning through strong client collaboration, structured execution, and market insight
- Owns end‑to‑end hospitality operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, quality, and consistency
- Drives innovation, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all F&B service areas
- Builds, leads, and develops high‑performing hospitality teams with a focus on culture, communication, and engagement
- Accountable for financial performance, using data‑driven insights to control costs and grow revenue

- A naturally confident leader, with the senior management experience to inspire large F&B operational teams to deliver results
- A positive and passionate focus on food – a natural flair for hospitality
- Proven experience in managing diverse outlets and operational functions

- A passion for building teams with a people‑first approach – background in building and developing high‑performing teams
