Blinds is a wine bar, bottle shop, and event space set in a beautifully repurposed former blinds workshop. Blending industrial design with warm, intimate touches, we’ve created a distinctive atmosphere designed to make every visit special — whether for dates, casual catch‑ups, or celebrations. After nearly a year of successful operation, we are now looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of day‑to‑day operations and help drive the next phase of our growth. This is a key leadership role for someone who is fully hands‑on, thrives on the floor, and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Lead, train, and develop a small team with high standards and attention to detail.
- Be present on the floor, running shifts and maintaining a strong connection with both team and guests.
- Continuously refine service standards and guest experience.
We are looking for a hands‑on leader, not a back‑office manager, someone who is as comfortable running a busy shift as they are organizing operations behind the scenes with a strong attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership.
