Head of FP&A

On behalf of a global digital marketing and technology agency, we are recruiting an Interim Head of FP&A.

Reporting to the CFO, the interim Head of FP&A will act as a global business partner, driving initiatives across the UK and US markets. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Supporting the CFO on global strategy, M&A integration, market expansion, and capital allocation.
• Enhancing management information packs, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Leading annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Overseeing utilisation, realisation, sales pipeline hygiene, and global expense management.
• Optimising finance workflows and ensuring audit-ready processes for Private Equity requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 8+ years’ finance experience, ideally within Private Equity-backed organisations.
• Experience managing financial strategy or initiatives across a global footprint, mainly UK and US.
• Strong technical skills: advanced financial modeling, ERP/CRM/FP&A software, and automation experience.

The client is seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running, operate independently, and deliver strategic FP&A support from day one.
