Applicants are invited to apply for a H&N Surgical Fellow at middle grade / senior clinical fellow level in ENT.
Key Responsibilities
- Full‑time, fixed term for 12 months.
- Contribute to the MFT ENT emergency out‑of‑hours on call and rotate periodically through ENT subspecialties as well as work across the MFT sites.
- Work within the ENT team between 0800‑1700 daily; take part on the emergency on‑call rota between 1:8 and 1:12.
- Experience a range of responsibilities across clinic, theatre and on‑call duties as per the weekly timetable.
- Co‑ordinate patient care and be responsible for the assessment and care of ENT patients.
- Train and supervise less experienced colleagues.
- Participate in departmental governance, educational and academic activities; assigned an educational supervisor who will also conduct the annual appraisal.
