The Performance Director is the key role within the team and will be the client lead who can make this account their own. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, passionate & brilliant at developing client relationships.
This role will be part of a senior team working with the Managing Partner, Partners and Directors. We will have a huge focus on innovation & digital excellence and this role will be a brilliant opportunity to develop the “wholebrain” approach that is central to the agency vision. This person will also be part of the leadership team who meet weekly and work together as a collaborative team on cross‑portfolio workstreams.
