We are mandated to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a private equity‑backed SaaS / technology business with a strong partnership‑led commercial model. The company is scaling rapidly, combining high‑quality recurring revenues with a growing ecosystem of partners (e.g. resellers, affiliates, strategic alliances).
This is a critical hire, with the CFO playing a central role in delivering the value creation plan and preparing the business for a successful exit.

Candidate Profile
- Proven CFO or high‑calibre FD experience in a PE‑backed SaaS / technology environment
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)
- Experience working with partnership / channel / ecosystem‑driven revenue models
- Track record of delivering in a value creation / exit environment
Highly Desirable
- Experience in scaling businesses from mid‑size to larger platforms
- Prior involvement in a successful exit (PE secondary, trade sale, IPO)
- International growth exposure
- Experience implementing finance systems and data infrastructure
