Overview

Astute's team is partnering with Lonestar Hydrobolt, a market‑leading engineering group supplying high‑integrity fasteners and precision components to global Nuclear and Defence customers, to recruit a Head of Sales who will drive the commercial strategy, secure major contracts, and accelerate growth across the business.

A base salary between £70,000 and £90,000 depending on experience. Car allowance (£5,000‑£6,000 approx.). Quarterly bonus. 26 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy more). Travel and accommodation expenses. Additional company benefits.
