Trusts Lawyer – Yorkshire (Multiple Office Locations)
A leading national firm is seeking an experienced Trusts Lawyer to join their growing team.
This role involves complex discretionary decision making, evaluating competing beneficiary claims, and supporting trustees to reach fair, defensible outcomes.
You’ll work closely with senior specialists and support long‑standing client relationships.
Practice Area

Role Profile
- Experienced Trusts Lawyer or Legal Executive
- Background in trusts, contentious / quasi‑contentious, or trustee advisory work
- Strong analytical skills & clear, practical communication
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy more
