You will work across a wide scope of projects. The successful Senior Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer will work from a social office, side by side with a team of very experienced Designers and Consultants.
The successful Senior Project Architect - Building Regulation Principal Designer will be involved in ensuring Building Regulation compliance throughout all design stages.
The Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 8 years of experience post ARB registration.
You will have an ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership.
You will proficient at ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs.
