Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech-focused minds! We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as been rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.

- Championing accessibility, design quality standards, and a mobile-first mindset across all surfaces.
Discovery, Research & Evidence-Led Decisions:
- Establishing rigorous discovery practices including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics.
- Running A/B and multivariate experiments, translating results into clear iterations and product decisions.
- Advocating for data-informed design, balancing qualitative depth with quantitative evidence.
Leadership, Coaching & Culture:
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing design team, setting clear craft expectations and creating rituals that raise the bar.
- Identifying and implementing best-in-class tools and technologies to improve speed and quality.

- Driving efficient planning and delivery cadences (goals, crits, reviews) to improve predictability and velocity.
- Upholding streamlined processes and documentation that meet Bridebook-level standards.
Stakeholder Influence & Brand Elevation:
- Acting as a thought leader within the senior team, aligning design strategy with company goals.
- Communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
