Dalmuir Park Housing Association is entering an exciting new chapter. With a new Chief Executive and refreshed leadership, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Housing to shape the future of our organisation. This is a strategic leadership role to lead our housing services, including housing management, income, tenancy sustainment, customer experience and community engagement, working closely with the Head of Assets as part of a collaborative Leadership Team. The role offers an opportunity to influence how housing services evolve, strengthen performance, culture and ways of working, and ensure high-quality outcomes for tenants and communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead housing services, including housing management, income, tenancy sustainment, customer experience and community engagement
- Work closely with the Head of Assets as part of a collaborative Leadership Team
- Shape how housing services evolve over the coming years and strengthen performance, culture and ways of working
- Ensure high‑quality outcomes for tenants and communities

Salary and benefits
- Salary: £58,052 – £61,206 (EVH Grade SM2–SM4)
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 35 hours per week
