Role: Analytics Director

About the role

You’lllead the analytics function for one of the world’s most purposeful beauty brands, setting the strategic direction for how data and insight inform, elevate, and prove the value of the studio's work across 15 markets.

From measurement architecture to executive-level reporting, from team development to tech stack strategy, your accountability isbroadand your influence is direct.You’llwork alongside the Studio Director and senior clients at Dove, shaping how the brand understands its social performance and where it invests next.You’lllead a team of analysts, building theircapabilityand embedding a culture of insight-led thinking across every discipline in the studio.
