Centre Manager

Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of a centre for an industry leading client. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the centre, including workshop, front‑of‑house, and service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and customer service staff
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle escalations effectively
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

About you:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and customer‑focused
• Strong experience in a supervisory or management role is essential
• Experience within an automotive environment is essential

Hours:

You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required.

Pay:

Annual salary is between £40k – £45k. Plus perm benefits.
