Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross‑functional squad focused on building powerful, seamless, and scalable features for finance teams and budget owners. This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, and operations. Your responsibility is to turn insights into marketable products, translate customer pain points for engineering and design, and work with marketing, sales, and finance to define financial impact and launch products.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
- Partner with finance teams, designers, engineers to understand and solve the end‑to‑end customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Success, Support) to capture feedback and iterate.
- Own the roadmap and prioritisation across features.
- Ensure product scalability as Spendesk serves larger and more complex customers.
- Define and track product success metrics related to customer happiness, adoption, and revenue.
- Support go‑to‑market teams with clear documentation and product launches.
- Understand competition to build competitive edges for customer‑facing teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Curiosity or experience with finance concerns such as budgeting or spend policies.
- Ability to structure complex data models, workflows, and backend systems into intuitive products.
- Strong analytical mindset, balancing user feedback and data insights.
- Track record of shipping features that streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Capacity to see the big picture and differentiate the product.
- Business acumen and willingness to dig into P&L and finance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
