Director Project Management

This independent project management consultancy works with some of the industry’s most high‑profile developer and investor clients and is currently instructed on several major projects in Central London.

Due to new schemes launching in Q2 2026, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager at Project Director / Director level to lead a diverse portfolio across office, retail, hotel, and residential sectors — spanning both refurbishment and new build — with values ranging from £50m to £200m.

You’ll be part of a high‑performing team that consistently punches above its weight with a strong market reputation working on quality projects.

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years’ experience within a project management consultancy
• Proven track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contracts
• Experience across new build, cut & carve, or CAT A schemes
• Ideally chartered, or actively working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders confidently
